Religion and Public Life in the Pacific Northwest

Patricia O'Connell Killen is Chair of the Department of Religion at Pacific Lutheran University. She edited the book "Religion and Public Life in the Pacific Northwest" she presented Thursday evening at Eagle Harbor Bookstore with coauthor and Bainbridge resident James Wellman (Professor at UW).
They had to compete with THE debate but still had an attentive audience.
Why are the evangelical entrepreneurial churches growing so fast?

Why do so many people in our region (compared with others in the US) decline any religious affiliation?
